Belanja-an dikirim dan diterima dulu, bayarnya akhir bulan.
"Crime does not pay." berulang kali papa katakan.
Saya, dengan saudara2 lain ikut membantu mama sortir telur, lau sekitar jam 6 pagi buru-buru bawa ke pasar Grogol. Hanya sekitar beberapa menit dengan becak. Kemudian saya menemani mama jualan telur dipasar, karena saya sekolahnya siang. Di SD Grogol, sampai kelas 4.
Yg ci sian inget:
Auw dulu suka ngedrop krupuk palembang gorengan mama k warung/toko2 dan jd auw ngompreng dg mobil nissan buat bantu keuangan mama.πΊ❤️π

Tugas koh Auw n koh Endjien yg drop, check, ambil/tukar kerupuk sisa yg engga laku setelah 2 or 3 hari? . Saya cuma sekali sekali . Begitu juga zusje Tien. Toko yg paling laku Kedai Sumatra, restoran Padang. Bisa setiap dua hari bawa kerupuk Palembang. Dan toko Supiori. Ibu yg punya Supiori pindah ke Toronto.Sekarang sudah umur 90 th lebih.
Koh Jan: Rupanya semua anak2nya kompak bergotong royong utk bantu mama membikin spy dapur tetap berasap demi menghidupi kelima anaknya yg putra 4 org dan 1 putri.
Puji Tuhan haleluyah haleluyah.. Tuhan Maha Besar Kasih serta Penyayang,Aamiin

Jualan kerupuk Palembang
Dikirim dg paket. Satu paket sekitar 4 kg. Koh Endjien dan saya sering ambil paket-paket tsb di Kantor Pos pusat bagian paket. Letak nya di sebelah sekolah St Ursula, lapangan Banteng. Mama buat pembukuan penjualan pembelian di buku. Jurnal ini saya tiru sampai sekarang ππ
Kerupuk Peser, mama buat sendiri.
To commemorate the return of mother to the Father-in-Heaven, July 28, 2002. How about all of us: great-grandparents, grandchildren, children, in-laws write down our life experiences with mother, or mother's experiences? What we experienced ourselves, heard from mother herself, or from mother's relatives? Plus if there are photos...
Selling eggs at Grogol market
Early in the morning, mother with Koh Endjien, or Koh Auw, or Koh Iyan, buy several boxes of eggs in Angke. It has to be around 4 am in the morning, because the eggs only arrive at that time from Central Java (Brebes?), and if it's late, they could run out. At home, Ay Tien and I are already waiting, and immediately sort the eggs according to size into three groups. The (largest) eggs, medium and small. Because large eggs can get more profit. Chicken eggs are mainly sold, with a few duck eggs. Mama got a place in front of Tek-Sun-Ho's shop, maybe zusje Ay Tien still remembers?, in the old Grogol market, near the railroad tracks. Since it burned down, it became the Grogol sports complex, and the Grogol market moved to Muwardi. Mama knew encek Tek Sun Ho well, because Mama often bought flour, sugar, oil and other things to make empek-empek. The shopping was sent and received first, paid at the end of the month. It was quite good to be able to get the goods first. Mama was forced to sell eggs at the market, because Papa's income was only enough for a week, for the five children who were growing up. According to Mama, this was probably enough for two or three weeks, after Mama sold the excess rice obtained from the YUBM office. Papa was a high-ranking employee, (and) but honest. Honesty was Papa's life principle. "Crime does not pay." Papa said it repeatedly. I, with other siblings, helped Mama sort the eggs, then around 6 am we rushed to Grogol market. It only took a few minutes by pedicab. Then I accompanied my mother selling eggs at the market, because I had school in the afternoon. At Grogol Elementary School, until 4th grade.
What Ci Sian remembers: Auw used to like dropping off Mama's fried Palembang crackers to stalls/shops and so Auw drove around with a Nissan car to help Mama's finances.

Netty: Yes Ci Sian .... Djien also told Netty that Mama was the one who diligently fried Palembang crackers and Djien brought the crackers to be consigned to sell at the Luxor shop (???) in the Roxy area ... every few days Djien stopped by the shop to see if the crackers were still available ... if they were sold out, Mama would fry some more and Djien would bring them back to her shop ... zusje Ay Tien: As far as I can remember, Mama and I always rode a pedicab to the Superior shop in Roxi to deliver Palembang crackers until it was difficult to sit on a pedicab because there were many cans in front of us, Mama sold crackers by frying them herself, using firewood to the point of forgetting to take care of herself and her face became dark even though her skin was previously good, that's the struggle of a mother, mom is a great and strong woman, we love you mom
: Yes, we all got our share of the tasks because we had to do them routinely. : Recently, I had a Nissan car if I'm not mistaken, to the point where my father and mother used the car to charter it to Bogor to carry passengers when they were off work to increase their income because it was minimal to support 5 children, also at that time my father continued his studies to take his Bachelor's degree in Accounting, thank God he successfully graduated and got his degree. : We have also been to Lawang in Malang with Nissan, it was a pleasure to go on holiday there, my father had an assignment there while working, it was a beautiful city with great views, unforgettable memories from our time with my father and mother
: As far as I remember at that time (at that time) it was difficult to get kerosene for cooking because we still used a stove, wow, you had to wait in long queues for it. got it. But now I feel back as a child, the joys and sorrows we felt together with our parents, thanks to an honest father and a strong mother, we all became successful children, God also allowed our parents to travel abroad to Europe, Asia, Israel, almost all thanks to their patience and perseverance, on the other hand there is the beauty and pleasure of a gift from God, if I think about it, because now I myself feel as a mother, a sacrifice will definitely produce its fruits, only God gives and repays it (the mystery of Jesus) because everyone's book is with God, be grateful and pray always while still given the breath of life, none of us are perfect, I only ask the Holy Spirit to always guide, lead me and my possessions, especially my children, in-laws and grandchildren who are the greatest treasures that God has given and entrusted to me, also family and friends of course, we ask for the prayers and love of Jesus that He has taught us all, my father and mother are now calm, peaceful in the Father's house in heaven, we the next generation of children and grandchildren can take his wisdom, the good ones are imitated and contemplated, the bad ones are forgiven, forgotten, we will all return home only in God's time, be vigilant and ready, I apologize if there are any mistakes in my words, thank you Lord Jesus Christ for the opportunity and trust
Dear broer Ping and the beloved Tjahjadi family, who were given to me, hug and kiss us GBU All

Gerard and Ay Tien

Yes cik Sian, Netty and Ay Tien. Koh Auw and Koh Endjien's job is to drop, check, pick up/exchange the remaining crackers that don't sell after 2 or 3 days? . I only do it once. So does zusje Tien. The best-selling shop is Kedai Sumatra, a Padang restaurant. Can bring Palembang crackers every two days. And the Supiori shop. The mother who owns Supiori moved to Toronto. Now she is over 90 years old. Koh Jan: Apparently all the children work together to help their mother make the kitchen keep smoking in order to support her five children, 4 sons and 1 daughter. I also remember when I went to school carrying a pack of crackers while cycling to a Padang restaurant and on the way home I stopped by again to get the wilted ones and received payment. Traveling with Nissan to Bandung PP..the engine died on the steep Ciloto incline but Praise God it could be overcome PP JKT Bdg safely for that to cover papa's salary which ran out for 2 weeks and the family must survive Praise God everything has been passed and we as a family can get this now...I am moved when remembering all this because of the greatness of mama and papa who are very honest..I once saw papa having 2 guests at home giving envelopes when papa was serving as the head of Bulog but he refused and as a result he continued to be terrorized in his job position..going home he vented his frustration on mama... Praise God hallelujah hallelujah..God is Great in Love and Merciful, Aamiin zusje Ay Tien: I still remember papa when he could immigrate to Ned because papa had worked for a Dutch company if I'm not mistaken in 1957, mama wanted but papa didn't want, well that's if not we all were in Ned, but the story is different all

Selling Palembang crackers
Mom ordered raw crackers that were shaped like flowers from Palembang. Sent in packages. One package was around 4 kg. Koh Endjien and I often picked up the packages at the central Post Office, the package section. It was located next to St. Ursula school, Lapangan Banteng. Mom made a sales and purchase book in a book. I copied this journal until now
Peser Crackers, mom made it herself. With Belida fish; which is increasingly difficult to find, then replaced with snakehead fish. Snakehead fish is also increasingly rare, then mom used mackerel. Never give up. Koh Jan: I also often pick up packages at the Lap. Banteng post office after school from Della Strada Middle School... Yes, we are all siblings, beloved children of mothers... Praise God.. Children of mothers and fathers... Shinta: Amen,
Because we are all humans, we are never free from mistakes
1 thing I learned from Grandma, Simple, hard worker, never give up, always act as you are, Grandma really loves her family,
