Beberapa WA dan emails japri,. menanyakan re: therapy DM, Fasting 16/8, BB tidak turun atau makin kurus, dan Anemia
Ditemukan kabar baik, bahwa DM bisa disembuhkan dengan Fasting. Intermittent Fasting (IF).
Tetapi ada bbrp pertanyaan yg timbul, yaitu: BB tidak turun atau bahkan sebaliknya makin kurus, bahkan sampai terjadi anemia.
Jawaban dari saya, please koreksi atau tambahkan:
1. DM bisa di-REVERSE (disembuhkan) dengan Fasting = Intermittent Fasting (please lihat copas dibawah).
2. BB TETAP, tidak turun, walaupun sudah melakukan IF, ialah karena jumlah kalori intake tetap sama spt sebelum IF. Kalau mau turun, ya intake kalori-nya diturunkan.
Sejak Dec 2021, walaupun saya (lebih) banyak makan karena di Vancouver, lalu Natal - Tahun Baru ternyata BB saya tetap berkisar 80 Kg. Selama ini, sejak sekitar May 2021 melakukan IF 16/8. Lalu di Ottawa saya kurangi intake kalori, dan AHA.. sejak awal Jan 2022 turun menjadi 79, dan sekarang 78 Kg. HbA1C turun menjadi 5.7

jawab: IF terus dilakukan perlahan mulai dari 12/12, ke target 16/8. Tetapi variasi makanan HARUS ditambah jumlah kalori dan protein. Sumber protein yang mudah didapat ialah telur & susu.

Mengenang orangtua, sepupu, kedua teman baik, yang meninggal dengan cepat karena DM, maka IF adalah jalan keluar. Hanya sedikit berkorban. Tunda makan. Lalu saya dan anda bisa mendapat kesembuhan. Bahkan menjadi jauh lebih sehat dan segar, tanpa kuatir sakit: Jantung, Mata, Ginjal, Extremitas, dll yg merupakan komplikasi DM.
